And how I use them is like 150mg gel weekly and split into 3 times on shoulder will microneedle 3mm for maximum bioavailability and that’s it and please read this and give advice

2) accutane 15mg daily( i don’t have acne )

3)topical tretinoin on face

4) hydroquinone

5)hydrocortisone

6)tinted sunscreen

7) Rad140 or lgd (MAYBE I haven’t done enough research)

jus use tretinoin if u want better skin

and if u dont have hyperpigmentation or u dont wanna bleach your skin dont use hydroquinone

hydrocortisone is good but it wont give " nose job " results and Betamethasone is better

tinted sunscreen or any type of sunscreen is a must just pick a good brand that doesnt use harmful shi and is non-comedogenic
