I've noticed with a lot of NT behaviors and rules, it's all a boring and confusing game of making sure you don't say the wrong thing, everything must be perfectly timed, you have to act a certain way, you have to keep up fake personas, you have to do everything in your power to make sure you're not off-putting or making them uncomfortable
