People take these things for granted but these are the things I noticed that will help you get some nice pussy if you do them correctly and habitually.
•Good Posture - If you want a symmetrical face and body then posture is a priority. Sitting up straight, sitting down correctly, don't lean to one side, learn to sleep in a correct position. People negelect these things and end up with a fucked up face and body, and its never too late to start implementing these things into your life, trust me. Also check if you have flat foot or hip tilts, these things will cause your body to form into an assymetrial position.
•Mewing - I know a lot of people say this is cope but not doing it is also a bad idea. You want to optimize everything so just because you may not look like you have potential doesn't mean you should give up on mewing. Trust me everything pays off in the long term, you just need vision. Check out Mike Mew's channel for all the details and the more serious forums on mewing.
•Working out - working out in my opinion is really important, it helps with posture, it helps with trying to get women and also it helps with overall health. Not everyone will look like a genetic freak so that's why you really need to max out on your lifts and try to be religious when it comes to lifting if you want a decent physique otherwise forget about it. Even people with shit genetics can look really good once they end up working out for years consistently trying to get stronger. When it comes to roids there's obviously going to be a risk when you take them but if you take them I advice that you're already into lifting because they can mess you up if you're inexperienced. I recommend hitting a 3 plate bench, 4 plate squat and 5 plate deadlift before taking gear since by then you should be wise enough on whether you really enjoy lifting or not. There's a lot to explain when it comes to working out and nutrition so dedicating your own time on this is a must.
I recommend channels like Jason Blaha, Omar Isuf, Starting Strength, Jonnie Candito and Alan Thrall.
•Voice - If you want to get a deeper more attractive voice I recommend you do some speech therapy excersies from YouTube and other places on the internet, if you have the money then speech therapy from professionals is the other option.
There's a lot more that could have been said but I hope that these points can at least open up roads for people who are truly interested in trying to optimise their physiognomy and physique. If there's anything else you want to point out just comment on what you believe that I missed.
