Vibrato is just a consequence of good singing technique: low tension, neutral larynx, good breathing, good resonance etc

its not something you learn, its something that happens when you are singing correctly.

Yea, I still find it hard to not be tense when singing, very hard. I need a vocal coach.

Singing without tension is my biggest problem too, I think most singers struggle with this
even gifted singers like chris cornell and fred mercury tensed up a lot when they had to hit high notes on live
