Thinking about emailing a surgeon to do a hairline lowering

I have a NW0, hairline that’s pretty low. My goal is not too brag but to actually see if plastic surgeons are businessmen before following the Hippocratic oath.
See if they would actually say I could use some hairline lowering and persuade me to do a consult.
