You're most likely not 189cm if a girl is the same height as you especially if you're living in India.

But just wear lifts, it's a much cheaper choice.

Surgery is only recommended for big changes imo. Just like you wouldnt do that crazy eye color change surgery to go from blue to light blue. You on the same note shouldnt do this surgery to from 190 to 195cm. I would only recommend this surgery if you are shorter than 170cm

and lifts could work but i dont wanna worry about it, and just an inch or two will help me get to 6'4-6'5

again this is not my top priority because of the recovery time and the risks, maybe when im 23-25; im 18 now

If you are actually a recessed ltn, height will have no affects on your life past 185

im already getting facial surgeries in a few months or next year, im 18 now, was thinking about ll in 5-7 years from now, if theres any progress in that field

If it gets in your head then you should use lifts yeah. But getting insecure about being an inch below optimal height isnt the way to go either.
