I’ve been lifting for about 4 years, It’s one of the only place I’ve ever felt any worth tbh, I went on a bulk to 180 (started at 110) but I am lanky and was sitting at 12% at 6,3, I cut recently and am at 157 at 7% (kept all strength). Energy levels are amazing but I get so bloated and look different after lifting compared to my deload week. During the deload I just did Sprints/cardio. Is it from my cortisol being raised from lifting/training to failure? I’m considering just switching to sprinting because my face looks better in all aspects, high IQs please help.

not really high iq but its normal to feel better looking when "quitting" gym Id say, happened to me, literally ascended from mid mtn to htn after leaving the gym and lowering my bf. I think quitting its the best for ur hormones or thats what Goatis says

Agreed, I think I’ll just switch to sprints and yoga only. Sucks tho because I love training, Ill never regret the ridiculous bulk I went on from 17-19, 4.5K CLEAN calories daily, definitely helped me hormones a ton.

This is my natural body weight and Bodyfat, before I started working out I started at like 7% with 4 meals a day.

Sort of, just prioritizing high Nutrient dense and potassium rich foods, what is your suggestion?
You need more carbs to gain weight, would say eat macaroni, rice, bread if you tolerate it, or make alot of fries with organic potatoes , add fruits too
