Thinking about surgery

Hi im 14 y.o. I might be thinking too far ahead but I want to ascend to CL or HTN when I'm older. I’ve noticed that my lower third is recessed.
I’m considering getting surgery when my bones stop growing. Heres a list of everything.




BSSO + Genio
As I said, my mandible, as well as my chin, are recessed and my ramus is short. I dont want to get trimax because I dont believe I need lefort 1, since my maxilla isnt severely recessed.

Malar + Infraorbital + Pyriform Rim Implants
My cheekbones are high set, which is good, but they lack definition. Im hoping to get a few mm of bone mass if they dont get defined as i get older. The infraorbital and pyriform implants are to make my midface look forward grown, since it is slightly recessed, but not enough to justify lefort 1. Also those two might not be necessary later on

Canthopexy
I have a neutral canthal tilt and i want a slightly positive one. Pretty self explanatory.

Buccal Fat Removal
For hollow cheeks. Might not need it if i loose my baby fat.




Im still growing but i will get these surgeries when i get older if i still need them. I might not need like half of these.
Oh and also here are some surgeries that i’ll do if the other surgeries dont achieve the desired outcomes.




Ramus implants
Only if BSSO doesnt make it tall enough. One of my biggest nerfs

Lefort I
Last resort for midface forward growth or if BSSO messes up my facial harmony.

Brow Ridge Implant
-if it doesnt develop as i grow older

Keratopigmentation
for green eyes. I might not risk it but it would look amazing

enjoy your youth and stop worrying about surgery until you're atleast 18-20. until then focus on maxing out your development. eat well, sleep enough, stay active etc.
