It is the ultimate way to pass time, you do not require anything at all. You simply need quiet/silence and you can think, introspection is great.
All you have to do is just sit there with no noise and just think, it can be about anything. It can be about the Roman empire, looksmaxxing, anything at all, although i'd recommend it being somewhat productive or leading to you having a better life, just avoid negative thoughts.
All you zoomies have been brainwashed into thinking you constantly need stimulation from youtube/games/series/etc when in reality you do not. That's what the jews don't want you to know, everything you could ever want is in your brain/consciousness, you don't need anything for the best hobby you could possibly have. Simply thinking.
Thinking is the best pastime, even better if you can stare into a fire. E.G putting logs in your fireplace and getting a fire up, alternatively getting a fire outside if you have a big back yard e.g. Lalo/Nacho in the series better call saul - he doesn't sleep, he goes outside at night and just thinks. He claimed to have come up with the best ideas when there is silence and everyone else is sleep. I too can confirm this happens, i am awake all night and the best ideas/thoughts come to me then. Sometimes i sit in complete darkness and just think. It is the ultimate.
