I heard a bimax can generally change the shape of the nose slightly so would it matter which order I get these surgery's in
I kinda wanna get the rhino first ofcourse because it's gonna be the most change for less money but yeh.

Use your head boyo. Does it make sense to get something done that can be altered by a future procedure vs the other way around

depends on the upper jaw movement. sometimes its nothing, other times it changes significantly. would advise against it

Is it? Is that optimal don't surgeons specialise in different stuff?
a lot of orthognathic specialist also specialize rhinoplasties, or work with a fellow surgeon who does.

and you got to that conclusion after how many consultation? Even then, what perfect surgeon is sticking to the plan 100% on both procedures? Either stick to the norm or get botched
