2: im trying to be on a deficit , its suboptimal


SO , this is what i was thinking of:

it says 1500mg per pill but thats cope. its biovailibility is about 800mg
so theoretically , if i just popped 2 of these bitches every day id be debloated or atleast not bloated
11 bucks for 3 months? this sounds amazing. 0 calories too?

It should be roughly 3:1, but our ancestors were taking in roughly 16:1. So it's up to you.

Just buy a fat dissolver, you probably still have babyfat as you are 15

Considering theyre third party tested and 99.9% of the population is potassium deficient its worth purchasing imo.

Outside of the debloating effect(if you believe that kinda stuff), its good to maintain proper micronutrient intake to keep yourself(and in the instance of potassium your cells) healthy.

but im legit a pufferfish at school , ive been eating high sodium low pottasium lately.
theres legitimately like a 0.50 psl difference depending on how bad it gets
these would just make sure i dont deascend and maintain a normal look

The easiest switch is to get a table salt with a higher percentage of potassium to sodium.
