Look, your chin to nose ratio is perfectly fine, if not a good indication of quality early childhood habits along with your genes not being that of a subhuman. This sort of shit is definitely in your head, and it pains me to see such ridiculous thoughts come out of your skull.

My advice? Fix your posture; not just your neck posture, but the entire fucking way you're carrying your body-- it's bad. It needs to be corrected this moment. I can see the amount of uneven pressure you're putting on your spine / neck, which wasn't meant to carry the weight of your skull in such a way. Fix it, and you will find improvement in your face, at least a bit...

For Christ's sake, hit the gym; you're carrying a lot of fat on your face when it should be lean and debloated. This is most likely due to suboptimal production of testosterone due to the lack of real, heavy exercise. Once you put your hormone production back into equilibrium, you should find yourself looking leaner, and more defined.
