Thinking of Hard Maxing — Advice?

I am going into the military in a couple of months and will get a 50k signing bonus. I want to use this money to ascend my facial area. I am thinking of getting Custom jaw-angle implants + sliding genioplasty + mid face grafting. What do you think? Any suggestions or improvements or different procedures
