MIght get a rhino my nose is overal fine juts a little bit bulbous and the rhino would fix my deviated septum so its 2 in 1 package

And im thinking about mandibular angle implants

Septoplasty is mainly functional and unlikely to cause major aesthetic change but yeah you can combine it with rhinoplasty. Sometimes that is even needed if your nose is severely deformed

Awesome my nose isn't deformed i just cant breath out of 1 nostrill im gonna get a septoplasty and rhinoplasty in one maybe
