the community would add information like her height, weight, suspected bodycount, number of past relationships. she could update the details herself but only if she registered and verified them with the website

and then ofc users could upload photos and leave reviews.

for legal reasons i would have to host the website in some shithole country like russia but i think it could work

I don't think you'd be able to scale it enough to the point where you could do it for every man in popular areas in his country. Not hating but just doesn't seem to be something that could be large scale
