A good recommendation would be to add astaxanthin. I am currently taking astaxanthin at 4mg to avoid an acute reduction in DHT.

I would recommend sunbathing for a maximum of 10 minutes per day to reap the benefits of vitamin D3 absorption, yet to not increase skin cancer risk by a a significant amount. Some skin types may have lower limits for exposure.

Sorry for the confusion. I am taking astaxanthin at that dose, because otherwise there is a reduction in DHT, which I don't want as I'm in puberty and developing my primary and secondary sexual characteristics.

20-50mg lycopene
1700mg MSM
4mg Astaxanthin

It's a promising nutraceutical. Even though there is no evidence to show that it gives red undertones, It has certain mechanisms like reducing hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tones that improve coloring.
