Gabriel Macht, aka Harvey Specter in famed TV series Suits, got a commissuroplasty a while ago.
His commissure got laterally expanded a fair bit. But the lips themselves remained untouched. The end result doesn't looksmax him at all. It also creates larger buccal corridors when he smiles/laughs. The "Joker" effect is not really an exaggeration after all ...

Believe it or not, Hollywood actors often go to shitty surgeons. Since its all govern by word of mouth and discretion.

Any proof for this other than pics of him severely aged? Because the amount of baseless threads of surgery speculation on "insert actor here" is beyond mind numbing. Most actors don't really get or know much beyond normie cosmetic treatments like fillers, botox and a face lift when the time comes.

His mouth does look wider though I don't know how much can be attributed to just aging. If he really did get a commissuroplasty then it looks good?
