I wouldn't want to recommend anything without knowing what it actually is. If its just a scratch, keep it clean and let it heal on its own. Once its no longer an open wound keep it moisturised to minimise any scarring.
And what is the obsession with "natural"???

My point was why natural though, why do you think that natural is better? And please don't put tea tree oil on an open wound.

because mainly I do not want to go to the pharmacy to buy the things listed above, especially if they are not even necessary, it is more convenient to take what I know of apple cider vinegar and put it on the wound or skin fungus

Again, please don't put ACV on an open wound. Or on your skin at all for that matter.
If you think its just from scratching, just leave it to heal on its own. If you think that it may be a fungal issue, go and see a doctor or at the very least a pharmacist.
