I'm really not sure; I think it's honestly going to depend on just how much improvement I can realistically expect to gain from the surgeries, as well as how much I want these improvements for myself as opposed to wanting them to make girls more attracted to me. At my age, the amount of improvement I can expect to make with the latter is really limited, so I just have to make sure I can justify spending all this money getting more surgeries just to satisfy myself.

Yeah eye area most definitely holds the greatest weight PSL wise.

Show me another single area that could be morphed onto/off of someone’s face that would ever increase/decrease PSL by 1-2 points.

Cruise with @SurgerySoon eyes becomes another average joe. Think about that.

I have vertically narrow eyes so eyelids and shape isnt the problem.
I'm planning on getting MSE and facepuller.

Go for it man. I’d say next to no chance your suture doesn’t break open with MSE at that age.
Prayers to the poor souls who’s palate suture can’t even open with MSE.
