This down syndrome boy almost made me cry (storytime)

He is the son of my dad's friend. When he took birth, he almost barely survived and chances were really low, but they thought to transfer him to another hospital in the hope that he may survive. Hope for slight chance for his survival in another hospital. The dad got to know he had down syndrome. The mother, not knowing about this insisted to transfer in another hospital. The dad didn't tell about down syndrome to her, he could easily abort him. But he went ahead and transferred him to new hospital. I saw this kid today siting and I almost weeped. Count your blessings boyos. I can't blame him for how he is, neither his parents. This is how the world is, and God's will. I thank God everyday for working eyes, limbs.
