That greycel can achieve the morph I think with a rhino, lip lift and minor procedures.

He had some bimaxillary protrusion but he's part negro, so not sure when it's part of the pheno and when it's not.

His philtrum looks long but not sure if the protruding teeth causes it. If not, a lip lift will do.
