This, it's both objective and subjective. Above or below a certain point you can't say someone is ugly or beautiful without lying or having some mental issue that causes you to see the world in a warped way.

Drugs can do this temporarily, mdma for example might make you see people as more attractive than they are.

Yeah but there are people who are considered beautiful by vast majority of population. They're termed as being universally attractive or generic Good looking. Examples like Henry Caville, Brad Pitt, etc
