Bulking is far from cope, doing it in a gymcel retard way is cope. To put on size you do not have to get up 25 percent BF and become obese no one is saying that. If you truly believe that men and women will respect you at 130 lbs then its over, Looxmaxxing is not a linear progression, sacrificing your face from going to 10 percent bf to 15 percent bf over the course of 20 weeks on roids is 100% percent worth it. The chisel will still be there when you lean out.

99% of people can Pin a gram of tree a day and they would still never look even remotely as big as the dude on the right. take low doses with intelligent gear selection, you can maintain a youthful appearance while still size moggingthe vast majority of people.

I agree gym is necessary nowadays, but just take it easy

You don't need to be huge, you just need to be lean and slightly muscular and that doesnt require bulking.

That's why niggas like Alex Eubank have huge muscles but 300 test because of high stress hormone.

Alex has amazing insertions that makes him look way bigger than he actually is, this is a huge factor. He is obv jacked as fuck but put him in a large t-shirt and no pump in normal lighting most normies would not even guess he is roided. My point is that in order to actually have a Frame that stands out at a setting like a bar you pretty much have to be enhanced and go on a bulk to have enough mass where your frame is big enough to stand out. I am also biased, I am 6.2 so putting on enough mass to have a large frame relative to my height compared to someone who is 5.9 is harder.

not saying looking big is bad, however you will age from stress gear/lifting daily. Mog in 20s, suffer after 30 looks and healthwise

agreed, but it is 2025, getting an a anti-aging protocol is nesscary especially on gear, even nattys should be on one. Also taking a large amount of roids is beyond dumb, the most I will ever even considering taking is 500 test with a shit ton of dut to counter the aging.

anti-aging is not as simple as you think, yeah, you can protect your skin, and hair, but internally, you are still be aging and being damaged which can cause other health issues.

The list of diseases is pages long, and lots of them affect your looks. Try to increase test naturally, most people aren't disciplined enough.

agreed, face should be the top priority, no amount of muscle is worth even a single hair follicle or a single zit. Every measure to be taken to make sure your face takes no damage. However I think height+frame/size mogging is the biggest halo any person can have.

Such bs cope. Just show a bodybuilder who has 0 regard for hair, skin, or any youth indicator, whose only goal is to get as big as possible to try and prove steroids or bulking is a looksmin. Bulking is a short term looksmin, long term looksmax. It’s necessary to actually be lean, not starved. Steroids are mandatory. Your post proves nothing.

agreed, I willl make another thread on my anti-aging protocol, it is much more then just "muhhh take dut and you will look 10 years younger even on a gram of tren." But acting like my trt plus 20 mgs of anavar is going to take years off your life with proper precautions is cope.

I was only replying to his statement about not being respected if you're skinny, the way he worded it made it sound like muscle instantly grants you attention. Never said bulking was particularly a bad thing, but that part of his post was something I didn't agree with.

True, I should have prefaced that the main reason I roid is due to struggling to fill out a tall frame.

would you disagree that if someone with the same face and height was skinny vs having a very respectable amount of muscle mass will not be respected more. Obviously the 6.4 model with a psl 7 face is respected more then a short bald gymcel, but if you put the same person and gave them 30 more lbs of muscle I would argue that the more muscular version of that person will live an overall better life.

I wouldn't disagree with the fact that having an aesthetic frame is good, but I do disagree with the statement that "women won't respect you if you're 130lbs", respect comes from your face & personality more than your body

I don't disagree about more respect being commanded from the face, but saying that someone with a "good personality" would commend more respect than someone with a 22 inch bidet is beyond cope. I am fortunate enough to be around a lot of people involved with night life and promoters ,and from what I have seen and what they I have told me is that those pretty boys you see on tik Tok that are micro framed struggle to slay more than you think.
