Can’t get advice for shit here. I’m 20 and I have money and need to ascend. I’m the exact person who belongs on this forum instead we get a bunch of braindead retards saying “14m and 5’5, will I grow?” And Indians with $2000 the bank who have such a shit base they couldn’t ascend with trillions. I am the only person on this forum who matters because I’m the only one who actually has the money and low inhib to get surgery and I can’t get advice for shit because of how badly this forum has deteriorated. Fuck all of you niggers!

I have you retarded nigger and I already go the advice I need. I need custom midface and jaw angle implants and a trimax. I’m sure I can get trimax from sailer or the Italians and they will do a great job. However I do not know where to get custom implants. Nobody seems to know the answer here

I'm about in the same situation as you, I'm booking soon my first appoinmant with Raffaini for trimax, wich is the best here in Italy, but idk who for the custom implants. I heard about Mario Pagnoni (Rome) who collaborates with Giant Implants (Liam) but not very sure to go with him.

Giant implants will never respond to your dms or inquiries. Maybe if you can somehow prove to him you have the money he will respond but I don’t know how you would do that.
