This “friend” of mine ruined my friend group reputation

Back in 2023 i had a friendgroup with 3 ppl (including me) and we had a ok reputation at school, but we biked the same route as these 2 other guys. One of the two was chill so we decided to let him join our group, however the other guy had a shit reputation and is ugly as fuck. But since he was friends with the chill guy and he was his only friend we decided to let him join too. This was in the beginning of 2024. Fast forward to the beginning of the school year and we have new classmates. The first few days were alright, but my classmates noticed that the ugly guy was im our friendgroup and they started excluding us more and more. The reputation of our friendgroup and me is now fucked because of him but i can’t really leave my friendgroup since i have nobody else that i really know. Luckily enough the original 2 guys that i was friends with also don’t like him as much anymore. But our reputation is fucked now and. Our friendgroup and especially the ugly guy get bullied now. What should i do. Sorry if this story is a mess english isn’t my first language.
