this guy (Paul Unterleitner - he is german) has about 500k Instagram Follower and he claims all the fucking time, he is NATTY AND VEGAN?!?!?!?
of course i dont believe him.. he fraud.
but its funny how in all the comments, ppl dont believe him but everywhere he claims that he is 100% vegan and natty

you cant reach a body like this natty.. but my question; can you have this body without eating meat? proteins are important but is there a huge difference between meat protein and the vegan protein stuff?

There is no problem in being vegan since cereals and legumes contain all essential amino acids.
A varied vegan diet usually provides a combination of all essential amino acids, and there are even foods such as quinoa which contain a perfect balance of all amino acids as eggs do.

As regards omega3 intake, there are flaxseeeds which contain it. According to @Julius, Flaxseeds contain omega3 fatty acid of higher quality than the popular fish oil

As regards quality of animal fat and HGH colestherol in plants, I am not knowledgable enough to express an opinion.

Changing the topic, is the guy natural? Certainly no, it is not possible to reach such a muscular mass and leaness as natural. Everyone may intake testosterone for 10 years straight, wait 20 days until testosterone level goes back to normal, and finally do a anti-doping test to prove that he is "natural"

Roided to the grills. You can literally be in a calorie deficit and not workout, and you'll still make gains if you're roiding

Meat's protein quality is vastly superior in amino acid content and meat has a better ratio of protein compared to fats and carbs as well

But you can still eat enough protein as a vegan, and even if you miss some protein, you are still on steroids jfl

That's true but you will need to eat more calories to get the same amount of amino acids as you would with meat, far from ideal.

I might be wrong but I think that there amino acids which can be only found in meat or are just extremely low in non-meat products while high in meat products, which is also not ideal.

it's not a must since it's still protein but plant protein's bio availability is low compared to animal protein and plant protein lacks some of the essential amino acids so you would have to take some supplements for that

Depends on the person's genetics... for the average person no way in hell they could look like that without be juiced to the gill for years and eating tons of protein. Some guys however are natural mesomorphs and with hard training they look insane.

This is very wrong. Chicken breast and soy for example have the exact amount of lisine and methionine.

lentils are low in methionine and rich in lisine but this issue is compensated by the fact that protein in wholegrain pasta is rich in methionine and poor in lisine.

A diverse vegan diet has all the amino acids you need.

If you are cutting weight and are worried about lowering caloric intake, you just need to take isolated vegan protein.

The real problem of vegan diet is meteorism from legumes. Meteorism is the reason why I am not vegan.
Meteorism from legumes can be avoided with food fermentation for example asian people eat soy after it is fermented into natto or tempeh, but hteese food are not very avaiablew in western world.

One of the few things you can't get from a vegan diet is vitamin b12, which is almost absent in plants.

With that said I still don't suggest vegan diets for bodybuilders, unless you do it for ethical reasons; health-wise speaking, some animal products are good

No you can't get a body like that natty. You absolutely can not. It's hilarious how far the goalposts have moved in just the last 10 years.
I've been to actual natty body building shows and you can instantly tell when people are natty. They look good when not in contest prep but look just weird when dried out for competition.

Look at that first photo. JFL

Natty or not…He is a mogging Machinn
