Well I look at the risks and if they’re below 5% serious complication I’m fine with that. I am 100% certain that there are plenty of surgeons who if you go to them knowing you have the cash + low inhib and you are dead serious I think getting the surgery is feasible

the most important variable is will It be an aesthetic success or not.

I think that getting a surgery that has a % higher than 0.1 of killing you should be done only if you are extremely subhuman and deformed, plus it would be borderline impossible to convince a surgeon to do it, since if he actually ends up killing you he would completely lose all of his reputation and would practically remain jobless.

i completely agree with you, not only is a highear risk of death unacceptable it’s downright crazy I think there are a few reasons why orbital osteotomies and mod lefort 3’s are very uncommon especially in this group is because There’s an extremely small chance of this hypothetical person to report to internet they need to be
- Risk taker -uncommon for incel groups
- Have cash
- Extreme desire to looksmax
- Be prepared to break lookism history by documenting their journey (very uncommon)

so I think this is why the myth that no one can get mod lefort 3 circulates around
