His balls are denser than neutron starssounds like low inhib gigachad story
Not a larp 100%larp, this shit aint cost 100k, way less 250k...
Yup, that’s most probably the price back in 1986 (when he had the surgery)100,000-250,000$ for a lefort 1?
average bimax cost in jewmerica is only like 25,000$-30,000$ jfl
YOU WILL NEVER GET EITHER ONESort of unrelated but does anyone know if you can get a modified lefort 3 after a bimax or does it have to be the other way around?
YOU WILL NEVER GET EITHER ONE
No, you should get surgeries but talking about a modified lefort 3 is simply delusionalWhat makes you so sure? i am not scared of complications and I am on track to make good money.
What should I do roll over and accept my place?

I think that getting a surgery that has a % higher than 0.1 of killing you should be done only if you are extremely subhuman and deformed, plus it would be borderline impossible to convince a surgeon to do it, since if he actually ends up killing you he would completely lose all of his reputation and would practically remain jobless.Am I crazy? Definitely but Ill tell you my thought process
Well I look at the risks and if they’re below 5% serious complication I’m fine with that. I am 100% certain that there are plenty of surgeons who if you go to them knowing you have the cash + low inhib and you are dead serious I think getting the surgery is feasible
the most important variable is will It be an aesthetic success or not.
I’m glad to hear what your thoughts are.
Additionally I think the main reason so many surgeons are against mod lefort 3 etc is because any mortality risk that isn’t very small is a no-no? Maybe I’m wrong
