You have to be disciplined , it’s ok if you slouch sometimes , but I can usually tell how my posture is like from my fat pads on face , bc they go forward if u slouch sometimes basically bloats you , ngl posture ascended me the mostwow, it really works.
How do you stay self-aware all the time tho? I just start slouching & stop mewing after every 20 minutes tbh
