So im 16, turning 17 in january and the bp and looksmaxxing itself has been having a lot of negative effects on myself and my mental health overall. I will keep imrpoving myself and will show you guys how i look like on the 1st of june 2025. My goal is to lower my bodyfat as much as i can and grow a few more cms. Im currently at 183cm and 74kg. My goal is to be as happy as it gets and be secure about my looks and body. This is my current look and please, dont forget this post.
