This is ridiculous. I am 6’3 but my slight pelvic tilt makes me 6’2

When I lie down and measure head to toe it shows 6’3.5. When I measure standing up it shows 6’2. Lol. Just lol.

Pretty easy to fix though so go become 6'3.5 mogger and fraud to 6'5/6'6
Yeah apparently my core is somewhat weak and my glutes too. I’ve been focusing on my upper body and arms too much I neglected core and legs.

I have apt too jfl but I'm too lazy to fix it

I always say I'm gonna stretch for 20 min before & after workouts & then only do about 3 minutes either side cus it's so fucking boring

I didn’t know I had it and now I’m very anxious and I’m going to do my best to fix it. I don’t understand how you can just say “I’m lazy” and give up.

stretching for that long is suicide inducing & results are slower than gym, at least for me

you're right though I need to do it bc my apt is pretty pronounced & quarantine has just made it worse

Don’t stretch bro, you need to work your muscles. But how would I know, I have the same problem. But that’s what the experts say anyway.

its a cope, working out with muscles that use your back is what will fix it (and also being active)
jfl I am starting to look more and more like the picture this guy sent because of the jewish lockdown

Don’t look for excuses bro. I grew my arms 2 inches in lockdown. Same body fat percentage.
 
try swimming, it helped me a lot and it activates the muscles way better and workouts are just way more efficient
If I do that it would probably have to be high intensity for that to work.

still way more efficient, 60 minutes of swimming for example are probably worth to 300 minutes of those shit exercises which are boring asf as well

medium intensity swimming burns like 600 calories a hour just to put it in presctive, swimming is very intense on your body while not feeling like it

and nah, it's glutes, abs and hip flexor mainly. Overactive lower back and underactive core.

swimming is legit af, physio + strength training + cardio

literally so good for you lol
 
that doesn't make sense, you shouldn't be able to imitate straight spine even while laying down, but it can take away that much height indeed
 
I have same problem.. I have lost 2cm in decades ... Its lot of work to get it back..

Get some music and do the stretches before going to sleep so you get in the mood to sleep. There is no excuse.

Well half an inch is good too. And I am lifting weights right now. Just neglected core and legs.
