When I lie down and measure head to toe it shows 6’3.5. When I measure standing up it shows 6’2. Lol. Just lol.

Well half an inch is good too. And I am lifting weights right now. Just neglected core and legs.Then hit the gym and fix your pelvic tilt fagget. I had it too and almost fixed it with stretchings and plankings.
