Seriously, I don't understand how people can talk about million different surgeries and implants, and not talk about supraorbital implants at all.
This isn't even a supraorbital implant, its just a brow + forehead one.

Imagine what could a proper supra impant + eyebrow transplant to match the new supra shape do.

Bad supras = subhuan eye area

There are even women that prefer men with weak undereyes that show lot of sclera. Plenty chads like that, but no chads with bad supras. Why do asians have little amount of chads? Because their supras are often trash.

And he doesen't look uncanny, he looks uncanny to you because you see it as a before/after. If you had met him IRL without seeing the before pic you would have never guessed.

Yeah, the typical "Mediterranean eyes" with eyebags and sclera show but strong brows, lashes and as you said supras.

In my experience yes. I have lost fat and my eye area has improved. My eyes are more deep-set now and brows lower. Similar transformation than in the picture I posted.
