This one is pretty crazy to me as well if you think about it, the guy just did a dead hang for over 2 minutes with his entire body weight, purely for survival. His instructor or whoever that is forgot to attach the harness... Probably very high adrenaline, he knew he wouldn't survive that fall. There was also tons of air resistance on his body from the speed.
