Regarding Indian 'failos,' the cause is currently usually short height. It's not all genetics; it's environment as well. Currently, they are 5'5", but with a better environment, they would probably be 5'8" or 5'9", based on most of the Zoomer population I've seen in the UK. The bigger failo isn't really the height or skin color; it's the short mandible that leads to a round face and 'bug eyes.'
This is the final generation, and I'm not being hyperbolic. We already have embryo selection for traits like eye color and height. We don't have it for faces yet, but that's coming soon. High cheekbones, midface ratios, and polygenic scores for 'hunter eyes'—these are genetic traits that can be fixed at the embryonic level.
I'm not going to bullshit you: with current tech, you can possibly gain 2.5 SDs [standard deviations] if you have enough embryos. However, the real magic is iterative selection. This is where you take the top embryo out of 1,000, clone it in a petri dish, and then repeat this process. All of a sudden, the 'bobs and vagene' look dies in one generation. We're still 25 years away, but make no mistake: the curse of the 'bobs and vagene' dies with us, thankfully
