It's kind of like this, but less clean and a bit more hissy
It's quite quiet though
Just started noticing it a few days ago

i have permanent tinnitus from hearing-loss. This one is quite close to what I have
Unfortunately I think I'm the same
Do you notice any hearing loss issues?

Ive had it for a year or 2 and yes, it was because of loud music

It doesn't really bother me tbh
Mine was probably from one concert without earplugs

At least I learned my lesson

Why not use some online oscillator tool and find the exact frequency? I am disappointed with the lack of specificity tbh.

Because it's not one clean sound

As in it's not strictly sinusoidal, or it's varying in frequency? I've never had tinnitus except for a temporary ringing from impact to the head.

It's like a hissing rather than a clean sine wave

Be careful
That's a sign of damaged hearing, and soon u may get permanent tinnitus

honestly most of the time if i concentrate on it there’s a very faint ringing sound in my ear that gets louder if i really focus on it. most of the time it’s silent and i don’t notice, though.

but i’ll make sure to be careful when exposed to loud noises from now onwards

Wear earplugs
Ones made for music
No one does in nightclubs but they should
But everyone going to concerts should and lots do
Unfortunately most don't consider it until too late
