just focus on exercises that give external rotation, as internal rotation exercises (OHP, bench press, will rotate ur shoulders forward, and on top of that, compress ur spine) focus on back exercises with external rotation, no pullups, only chin ups as that fixes ur posture, if u cant do chin ups, do rows with external rotation, face pulls with external rotation, also do single leg exercises, as those will build up ur glute medius, and glute medius is necessary for fixing anterior pelvic tilt.

i just do neck curls and side curls while biting down on a towel, bodyweight exercises are more than enough for fixing posture, although i would get some resistance bands just to get some extra volume in
