if i didnt keep lean and keep my trt levels good at this age of 29 age pill would likely take its toll on me but luckily i had good eating habits for the most part and never partake in drugs or drinking or smoking other than a few small uses of shrooms. your habits show only in your later years. it also helps i love sleep and will sleep routinely oversleep which in my opinion has a protective effect over gravity forces plus i never get sun anyways.

She's 61, at that point it's over either way. You can try to do some exercise and eat healthy in order to maximize longevity and health, but that's about it. If you don't care about that, there are really not many incentives for women at that age to try hard looks-wise.
Even if she was a gymrat and had a bunch of plastic surgeries and dyed her hair, she'd still look mediocre at best at that age.
She is past reproductive age and post menopause, and women her age are rarely picked for lead roles anyway, so why would she even care about her looks that much? There are no incentives.
