This is what 10% bodyfat looks like

What does 10% body fat look like? These photos I posted in January are probably exactly at 10% BF. At my recent seminar in New York I did an InBody scan and it came out at 10.3%. I still have the same weight and I doubt I gained a considerable amount of muscle. InBody scans have shown comparable accuracy to DXA scans for assessing body fat percentage in strength trained individuals, so this is as reasonable an estimate as it often gets in practice.
