Not to that extent, plus it would only be possible with jaw surgery + implant on top of that. Genioplasty and stuff like that alone wouldnt be enough. jaw surgery only couldnt achieve that result. His initial jaw is too short.

Also implant alone could never achieve such a change.

Lifefuel so its possible if you go hardcore you can pretty much get any jaw you want

Worst case scenario you add a lefort on top of that

OP has an overbite, he needs some jaw correction with jaw angle implants
Wraparound implant is cope.

jaw angle can provide extra bone mass to the mid mandible
