I agree! Usually I will forget bad things that people have said to me and because ima dude they don’t really affect me as much as they do for women . So I really don’t get that much motivation since I’m an undisciplined cunt .

What helps for me is to just actively try and remember things that have been said to me, which is really similar to what she tells you to do
