Increasing muscle will make it easy for you to lose fat. when you have more muscles, body will literally need more calories to maintain the muscles, then you need to think less about caloric deficit. You can create easy calorific deficit when you have more muscles. In my case, I gained 2 pounds of lean muscles in more than a month, I am literally lower body fat percentage than I did a month ago. I literally fixed my bloated face like that. I am not thinking about calories anyways because I literally use up my calories by gymcelling 5 days a week and walking around 10 thousands steps a day. And yes there are other things like high protein intake, sleep, supplements like zinc, sunlight.
