Shit is expensive in the USA from top tier surgeons. Looking at $4-5k for chin and cheeks if you need lots of volume which if you are going for masculinization then you will. Big difference using filler for anti-aging as opposed to changing the shape of entire bones. Doing it yourself however.. yeah you could spend $1k or less a year.

Holy shit that looks fuckin horrible. Tbh tho is it really THAT hard to fix asymmetries in the jaw / chin. Dont these surgeons have some sort of 3d mapping of your bone structure and a design software that can overlay custom designs on top of your jaw inorder to basically completely fix asymmetries. I would expect his chins asymetries to be fixed even though he'd obviously still look horrible.
