Nope, it’s real. A guy gets thrown in a grave he digs and waits for his executioner to hack him with a dull machete. He starts with his face and at first the victim just winces in pain but as it cuts deeper into the tissue and backs away at big pieces of flesh, he starts to cover his face and groan. Then the executioner starts doing a stabbing motion at his neck. Then the gurgling, agony, despair, and panic really sets in
