this may be a stupid question, why are my eyes positively tilted, but look neutral- negative on front camera?

Maybe if the angle is really bad? But even then no camera is turning actual positive tilt into negative. You’re probably neutral or negative and in denial.

if you think your eyes are positively tilted in pictures why ask

Take a picture of your face from a neutral angle ~1 foot away from the phone and re-examine.
