A 22-year-old man who shot and killed a Colorado tourist inside a South Beach restaurant says he was “high on mushrooms which made him feel empowered,” according to an arrest report.

Miami Beach police have arrested Tamarius Davis, of Norcross, Georgia, who was charged with second-degree murder with a weapon and attempted murder.

The shooting happened Tuesday evening at La Cerveceria, in the 1400 block of Ocean Drive. Killed was 21-year-old Dustin Wakefield, who was dining with his family in the outdoor patio area at the restaurant. Davis told police he “randomly chose” to shoot Wakefield, and attack another man minutes earlier on the street.

I bet he has a long criminal history, you see these cuck, liberal loser judges, let these criminals out after they done commited like 8-15 violent crimes. So you have a guy who commited 8-15 violent crimines, and they give him only 3-5 years in prison. Usually it starts when their minors, but judges and courts won't charge them unless a person is killed, and even then its a slap on the wrist usually 5-7 years in prison, and out in 3-4 years on good behavior.

Bill clintion had a three strike rule, but families of these criminals got upset and said it was harming communities. so the supreme court got rid of the three strike rules. i Say lock em up, for 30 years no parole, when they come out, they magically wanna stop being criminals and assulting folks, talking about they found god or jesus. BS their as just got old, and violent crime, is a young persons game. Go see how easy it is for 50+ year old person to violently assult some-one compared to a 18-35 year old.
