First the jaw angle correction bi max for sure will correct the jaw angle maybe not as accurate as i have done it to but close enough skull implants at the back of the had neck traning for a larger neck eye area taban modified lefort 3 for the movement of the face down wards dr sinnn and that should baiscally give you something like what i have here plus a little bit of weight loss and a rhino-plasticity
