Use DHT shampoo, around norwood 2-5 you will encounter the norwood reaper, defeat him and your norwood will disappear as nobody is terrorising your hair follicles once the reaper is gone.

Ye I do and I shampoo + cond once a week and my hair does get tangled. I like run my hands through the whole thing and circle around to get the products everywhere yano.

If this is happens every time you shower you could be at risk of going bald. You did mention you don't have a history of balding in your family, but it is a trait that can also come from the mother. It's fine, just start caring for your hair early and you'll be alright.
