Go to the gym, no matter who you are it will make you look and feel better. Lean muscle is good looking on virtually every frame, height and frame, with only fringe examples pointing to the contrary.
BUT...
But do not... DO NOT fucking talk about it. Don't talk about weight lifting IRL unprompted. When you get a compliment, do not go off about your diet. Don't send weightlifting links to people who do not care, and do not post progress pics on social media. Do not talk about how you are hungry because you can't eat, and don't go off on a tangent when someone offers you a hotdog or a pizza. Do not share lifting philosophies, or talk about intermittent fasting. Don't talk about overloading, underloading, or even salmon and egg whites... Nobody but you cares.
Fuck I see this all the time, I am also in the gym almost every day, but I hate when people make it their defining characteristic because nothing screams insecure more than constant gym bro shit.
Cool, you watch Jeff Nippard, eat healthily, and have a slightly above average penis size... keep all that to yourself in social scenarios.
