It's fake. Most of omegle reactions are usually fake. It's very easy to add the omegle watermark in post-production and make it look like that. All you need to do is hire a bunch of female friends or actresses to react strongly to you and make a 6 minute long video with them in it.

It is also a form of confirmation bias. You see a guy you think it good looking, therefore you believe the video is real. Do you even realize how rare women are on that site? Most of the users are horny dudes trying to show off their dick. So to see that many women one after the other, that's just not possible.

The irony of that video is they claim muscles don't really matter but then show a muscular guy and women saying he is hot.

I mean sure, if you take an average guy and give him a muscular physique, he's not going to suddenly look like a supermodel, but he's definitely going to gain the respect of his peers, and some women will find him very attractive, so it's still an improvement. The guy in the middle (in the red pill section) is Alex Leonidas, just look at him now, sure he is short but that guy has a great elite natural physique, I don't think he struggles to get dates. Many years ago, an incel by the name of fraudanalyser made a Tinder experiment with Alex Leonidas' pictures and with a supermodel. The supermodel got more matches but Alex still got way more matches than the average man. Even me, as a 6'4" guy who has a better looking face, I get less matches than Alex got from that experiment. It just shows how much guys underestimate the importance of being muscular.

Of course, a nose deformity or jaw recession or underbite should still be addressed, and teeth should be straight (not crooked) but beyond that, muscle mass will completely change the dating game for a man.
