This patient did not have a lefort 3 osteotomy

I’ve seen users claiming this patient had a lefort 3 osteotomy:

This is not a lefort 3. Her orbitals are still recessed. She had either a High or quadrangular lefort 1.

This is an actual lefort 3:

IMO, the surgeon did a good job on the upper maxilla but not the lower. Her bottom lip still produces past the upper lip, so the surgeon should’ve projected the maxilla more in the horizontal direction than £
he actually did.

I really love this surgeon. As he did not retract the mandible backwards.
