I would really like to know this as well. I have a square chin but its just really short If I could maintain my chin width but just increase the length it will look good. I have some seen some cases where the chin becomes more pointed with a downwards genioplasty though, so I'm worried.

Also I would say straight gonions are good if not just as good, especially if you have good zygos as they accentuate the zygomatic bones and give more room for hollowing (ie Jeremy meeks, drago, de poot, etc)

Solid observation, I am against overly large chins. Most of the uncanny surgical results are from oversized chins. They also make you look older and lower trust and can easily throw off facial harmony.

Smaller chins are more of a "pretty boy" look, which i think is more universally attractive and more harmonious.
